1. Our Services

• Weblim provides web design and development services as agreed in your project proposal.

• We will work professionally to meet your needs and project deadlines.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide all needed materials (content, images, etc.) on time

• Give clear feedback within agreed timeframes

• Make payments when due (as per your contract)

3. Payments

• Projects typically use milestone payments (partial payments at different stages)

• Late payments may pause your project

• All prices are in Central African Franc (CFA)

4. Revisions & Changes

• We include 10 rounds of revisions in our standard service

• Additional changes may cost extra

• Big changes to the project scope may require a new quote

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds only as described in our Refund Policy (see separate document)

• No refunds for completed work you’ve approved

6. Intellectual Property

• You own the final website we create for you

• We keep the right to show your project in our portfolio (unless agreed otherwise)

7. Liability

• We’re not responsible for:

  • Third-party services (like hosting)

  • Delays caused by you

  • Any legal issues with content you provide

8. Privacy

• We protect your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms occasionally

• We’ll notify you of important changes

10. Ending Our Agreement

Either party may cancel with written notice:

• You may owe for work already completed

• We may keep materials until final payment
