Terms & Conditions

No legal jargon. Just clarity.

1. What We’re Doing for You

You’re hiring Weblim to build you a website or provide digital services like branding, copywriting, SEO, or marketing exactly what’s stated in the proposal or agreement we send you.

We’ll deliver the final product once the job is complete.

But this works best if you respond quickly, provide the info we need, and don’t disappear in the middle.

If you ask for changes outside of what we agreed, we’ll let you know. We can do the extra work, but there will be an additional cost and timeline adjustment.

2. Payments

To start your project, you pay 50% upfront. That’s non-refundable.

The rest is due when your project is complete, before final delivery.

If you delay payment, we pause the work. No files, no launch, no exceptions.

3. Revisions

We offer a set number of revision rounds (as stated in your agreement).

Revisions must stay within the original scope. Anything extra is billed separately.

4. Ownership

Once you pay us in full, the final product is yours your website, your branding, your copy.

We don’t hand over our process, tools, or templates just the final results.

You own your domain and website. We may add a small footer credit linking back to Weblim.

5. Communication

You’re expected to reply within 5 working days when we ask for feedback or assets.

Ghosting us may delay your project or put it on hold, and we won’t be responsible for that.

6. Responsibility

You’re responsible for the content you provide. Don’t send us anything illegal, plagiarized, or copyrighted unless you have rights.

We’re responsible for the quality of what we deliver not for how your hosting or third-party platforms behave.

7. Refunds

No refunds for work already started or completed.

If we part ways early, we’ll bill you only for the work done so far.

8. Confidentiality

We’ll keep your info private and safe. You should do the same with anything we share. Simple.

9. Respect Our Team

Please don’t poach our staff or freelancers during the project or within one year after we finish. It’s bad business.

10. Disputes

If there’s ever a serious issue, let’s try to talk first.

If that fails, we’ll settle it legally in Cameroon through proper arbitration not social media fights.

11. Final Notes

By hiring Weblim, you agree to everything on this page and any extra details in your project agreement.

We may show your project in our portfolio or case studies unless you say no in writing.
