1. When You Can Get Your Money Back

• If we don’t deliver the work we promised, you can ask for a refund within 90 days of the missed deadline

• If you cancel before we start working, you’ll get all your money back

• If we already started, we may give part of your money back (we’ll discuss this)

2. When We Can’t Give Money Back

• The first payment (usually 50%) to start your project

• Any work you already approved and paid for

• Costs we paid for you (like website domains or special tools)

• If you ask for a refund more than 30 days after paying

3. How to Ask for a Refund

   • Your project name

   • What we didn’t deliver

   • Why you want a refund

3. We’ll answer within 2 business days

4. If approved, you’ll get your money in 7-10 days

• We work in steps (milestones) and you pay for each step

  • Give us what we need to do our work (like text and pictures)

  • Answer our questions quickly

  • Pay on time

• We promise to:

  • Do professional work
