Refund Policy

WEBLIM is committed to fulfilling your needs and meeting your expectations. It’s important to outline everything so we both know our responsibilities, timelines, and what happens if something goes wrong. Our goal is to ensure clarity and satisfaction for both parties, now and in the future.

What Each Party is Agreeing to:

You, the Client: You’ll clearly communicate your expectations. In return, WEBLIM will provide an agreement outlining the deliverables and compensation. Our projects typically follow a milestone-based approach, with payments due upon reaching each milestone. You agree to provide the necessary materials in the agreed format and review our work, providing feedback promptly. We work to deadlines, and these timelines apply to both sides. You agree to adhere to the payment schedule. If you’re not satisfied with any undelivered work, you can request a refund. Simply email your request to policy@weblim.org, detailing the unmet deliverable. WEBLIM will respond within 48 hours to address your request.

WEBLIM has the expertise and commitment to deliver on every promise professionally and on time. We’ll make every effort to meet deadlines, and if we fail to deliver any agreed-upon work, we offer a refund within 90 days of the missed deliverable.

Exclusions:

  • Any accepted and paid-for deliverable is not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment; beyond this period, we cannot process refunds.
